Several construction projects in Evansville took their first steps on Monday.
There’s no groundbreaking just yet, but the Evansville Design Review Committee met with several people hoping to start work on commercial projects including a new grocery store on North Burkhardt Rd.
The committee is now made up of several different agencies reviewing the plans prior to actual construction.
The Review Committee listens to the proposals and then each individual agency discusses their own requirements for the project.
