The Gibson County Sheriff reported around 3:20 p.m. Thursday that there is a fire at a Vectren substation on 300 S. between US 41 and 100 W.
Authorities are asking people to avoid the area.
Emergency crews are on scene.
If you’ve lost power due to this fire, there is no estimated time for restoration at this time.
