OWENSBORO, Ky. (WEHT) – Tonight’s Trail of Treats was an opportunity for children and families to trick-or-treat a little early.
Over 60 booths sponsored by local businesses and organizations lined Second and Veterans Streets. Those in attendance were welcomed with music and even meet and greets from some of their favorite characters.
