A Daviess County High School student is being named as the Kentucky FFA Green River State Vice President.
Hunter Anne was elected to the position for 2016-17.
She is a member of the high school’s FFA chapter.
She was one of 23 candidates for the state position, and she was selected by a Nominating Committee made up of graduating senior FFA members and elected unanimously by the delegate body.
State officers travel several thousand miles representing the association at local and regional FFA events, agricultural meeting, and other functions.
The state FFA convention takes place on June 6-8, 2017 where here year of service will end.
