HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) Women diagnosed with breast cancer deal with many issues during their treatment and recovery.
Some of those issues have nothing to do with getting better, like financial struggles. Some women must choose between treatment and rent or food.
Komen Evansville Tri-State has a program now to help survivors handle those issues so they don’t have to give up their treatment.
Cheryl Voight, program director with the Komen Cares program, tells us about this program.
