DNR Law Enforcement: Father, son arrested after being found passed out on riverbank

PERRY COUNTY, Ind. (WEHT) – A man and his adult son were found passed out on a riverbank after a concerned citizen called authorities, conservation officers said.

The father had five active arrest warrants, according to the Department of Natural Resources.

Authorities said they noticed drugs falling from one of the men’s pants, so they woke them up.

The two men were arrested on charges of meth possession, possession of a syringe, possession of synthetic drugs, and the father was arrested on five active warrants.
