Earlington Elementary School closed Tuesday due to boil advisory

EARLINGTON, Ky. (WEHT)- Students at Earlington Elementary School were out of class Monday, and will also be off on Tuesday.

This is due to a boil advisory that was issued after crews in Earlington hit a water main, leaving the town with little to no water pressure.

However, Hopkins County Schools says this only impacts the elementary school. Middle and high school students still have class Tuesday and students who take the bus from Earlington Elementary will still be able to do so.
