EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – A woman accused of obstruction in her husband’s death was supposed to appear in court on Monday for the first day of her trial, but it was postponed.
Elizabeth Fox-Doerr is charged with obstruction of justice and false informing, after her husband Robert Doerr was fatally shot.
Authorities said phone records show Elizabeth deleted a phone call before she called 911 on the night her husband died.
Elizabeth’s trial is now set to begin on October 28.
