Emergency response agencies to meet with first responders in Evansville

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) — In an effort to keep Hoosiers safe, several state emergency response agencies are making a stop in Evansville on Wednesday.

It’s all part of a statewide tour called “Operation Force Multiplier.”

The Indiana departments of Homeland Security, Health and National Guard will have a chance to meet with first responders.

The agencies will also showcase what they can offer during an emergency, and brainstorm ways to prepare for a future event.

Operation Force Multiplier kicks off at 9:30 at the Evansville National Guard Armory.
