EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – According to the Evansville Police Department, 13 pounds of marijuana was found during a traffic stop on Monday.
Police said Frank Davis is charged with dealing marijuana, intimidation, speeding, and driving left of center.
Police said 13 clear vacuum-sealed bags with a green leafy substance were found in Davis’ vehicle.
The substance field-tested positive for THC, according to police.
Davis was previously convicted for dealing marijuana on May 30, 2017 and sentenced to three years.
Davis was also accused of telling a police officer that he would make sure his “jaw got wired shut” if they ever met in public, according to an affidavit.
