EPD Looking for Robbery, Confinement Suspects

The Evansville Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating robbery and criminal confinement suspects.

Around noon on Friday, police responded to a report of a man that had been tied up and robbed.

The victim, Harold Shelton, told police two people hit him causing him to lose consciouness.

Shelton identified the suspects as Andre Bell and Kellie Rogers. Shelton said they tied him up and stole his vehicle, along with other items.

Police are also looking for Shelton’s vehicle, a 1985 Chevy S10 Blazer with an Indiana “In God We Trust” license plate: XLA 120.

Suspect Descriptions

Andre Bell

Shelton identifies Bell as a 30-year-old black male, standing around 5’10” and approximately 180 lbs., with tattoos of a tear drop and triangles under his right eye. He also is described as having a tatto under his left eye of “Natisha” and a tattoo of “Barbara” on his left arm.

Kellie Rogers

Rogers is identified as a 29-year-old white female, approximately 5’7” in height and 130 lbs. She is described as having a tattoo of a heart on her upper chest and a tattoo of a rose on fire on her left arm.
