EPD needs help finding suspect in attempted robbery


EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – Evansville police need help looking for a person they say was involved in an attempted robbery outside a Walmart.

Police say on January 16th around 9 p.m. a man approached a woman in a parking lot at the Neighborhood Walmart on Taylor Avenue.

Police say he pulled a gun and demanded for her to give him her purse. She refused, and he then ran off.

Anyone with information on this man is asked to contact Evansville Police.
