EPD responds to shots-fired call

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – Police responded to a shots-fired call on Thursday afternoon near an Evansville school.

It happened after 2:30 p.m. in the 2000 block of Herbert Ave. close to Lodge Community School.

Officers said someone fired into a garage three times and then turn left.

No one was hurt.

Police are still looking for the suspect.

Lodge School did not go on lockdown and students were released normally.
