DAVIESS COUNTY, Ky. (WEHT) – Equipment is moving into place at a Daviess County bridge closed for more than two months.
Contractors started setting up for repairs to the Panther Creek Bridge on Kentucky 81.
Work was scheduled to start Monday.
The bridge closed in mid-August after a truck carrying scrap metal damaged support beams.
Work is expected to take at least five to six weeks, depending on the weather.
