EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT)- For the first time in months, city and county employees in Evansville were able to work from their offices.
The Civic Center in downtown Evansville reopened Tuesday but with new social distancing and coronavirus protection protocols.
People are being screened before entering the building. The floor is clearly marked asking people to stay six feet apart.
“A lot of the precautions that are taking place in the building. We made the decision to do temperature screenings and wear masks based off of other plans and other organizations around the state,” Steve Schaefer says.
The Civic Center will open to the public on June 15th.
