Evansville councilman named new leader of Aurora

EVANSVILLE, Ind.(WEHT)- A city councilman was named as the new leader of Aurora.

The organization said Zachary Heronemus will take over as executive director Monday, January 20th.

He will replace Timothy Weir, who retired at the end of 2019.

Heronemus was elected as third ward city councilman back in November.

Aurora works to prevent and end homelessness in the Evansville area.
