Evansville man arrested over power tool dispute

Evansville, Ind. (WEHT) – A man is arrested after authorities say he fired a gun at someone after a dispute over a -power tool.
Evansville police records state that 61-year-old Robert Burris Junior is charged with shooting a firearm in a home.
Eyewitness News was on the scene shortly after the incident yesterday in the 700 block of Prosperity Avenue.
Officers say Burris went to the home to confront a man who borrowed his drill.
Once at the house police say Burris broke out a window with a baseball bat.
After the victim went outside officers say Burris pulled out a gun and fired a shot toward the victim.
Burris then left the house.
He was later found after a large manhunt involving a K-9 and a drone.
During an interview at police headquarters, officers say Burris told them he was not aiming at the victim.
