VANDERBURGH COUNTY, Ind. (WEHT)- The Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office issued a felony arrest warrant for Tony Biggs, 51 for child exploitation. Biggs was arrested at his job Friday afternoon.
According to a press release, Indiana State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Unit initiated a criminal investigation in July 2018.
Police began the investigation after receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children regarding images of child pornography being transmitted with the use of Facebook.
He was taken to the Vanderburgh County Jail where he is currently being held on bond.
Biggs is charged with three counts of possession of child pornography and two counts of child exploitation.
