Evansville pair arrested for dealing meth

(WEHT)- The Indiana State Police announced the arrest of an Evansville pair Tuesday morning for reportedly possessing and dealing methamphetamine.

When police arrived at an apartment on the 1500 block of Riverside Drive in Evansville, they say they found 36-year-old Margaret Gibson in the unit with 12 grams of meth, scales, drug paraphernalia, and a loaded gun.

A short time later, police say 37-year-old Joseph Martin arrived at the scene. Martin was also charged with possessing a firearm as a serious violent felon.

Both Martin and Gibson were taken to the Vanderburgh County Jail, where they are being held without bond.
