Evansville Police investigate after shots fired into apartment building

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – The Evansville Police Department is investigating after shots were fired into an apartment building.

Police say it happened at an apartment at the intersection of Rotherwood Avenue and Franklin Street.

We’re told the residence was occupied, but no one was injured. Police say there was drywall damage.

Police say they are reviewing video from the area and do not have any suspect information at this time.
