First COVID-19 death reported in Daviess County

KENTUCKY (WEHT) The Green River District Health Department says Daviess County has its first death from COVID-19.

No other details were given about the patient.

GRDHD is also reporting three new cases, one in Daviess, Henderson and Webster counties. The Muhlenberg County Health Department is also reporting one additional case in Muchlenberg County, bringing the total in the county to 10.

Health officials also corrected a previous case reported in McLean County. Officials say that person actually tested negative for COVID-19. McLean County does not have any confirmed cases at this time.
