We are told German American Bank will open in the old First Security Bank location on 21 SE 3rd Street.
German American will purchase the first and second floors of the office for a full-service commercial and retail banking office.

On Wednesday, First Security Bank announced a relocation to its downtown banking center.
The center at 21 SE 3rd Street will be relocated to 10 N Fulton Avenue in September 2017.
They have also announced a new commercial banking team led by Jeff Jackson. Jackson is the Executive Vice President – Chief Commercial Banking Officer of the bank.
We are told the downtown location will close following the relocation of the Fulton Avenue branch.
