Five Arrested Following Multiple ATV and Property Thefts in Hopkins Co.

Five people were arrested out of Hopkins County, Kentucky on Wednesday following an ongoing investigation of numerous ATV and property thefts in the area.

We are told that on Wednesday, authorities observed a Dodge Ram pickup traveling south on White City Road at a high rate of speed.

Authorities say they attempted to conduct a traffic stop on the vehicle, but the driver fled for a short time. The vehicle eventually pulled into a residence at 160 Pontiac Lane in Mortons Gap.

Once at the residence, two subjects reportedly fled on foot from the vehicle into a camper trailer behind the residence.

Both subjects were identified at Steven Felker and Bobby Kittinger. They were apprehended along with three others who reportedly had outstanding arrest warrants.

The three others were Crystal Wimpey, Patricia Morgan, and Robert Massey.

Felker and Kittinger were reportedly in possession of Methamphetamine and other drugs and items of drug paraphernalia.

All five subjects were lodged in the Hopkins County Jail.

Again, this case resulted from an ongoing investigation following numerous ATV and property thefts in Hopkins County.

Morgan and Massey’s mugshots have not been provided at this time.
