EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – The Evansville Fraternal Order of Police has released its endorsements for city council candidates.

But one endorsement that isn’t on that list is a mayoral candidate.

After the “no confidence” vote against EPD Chief Billy Bolin, the FOP didn’t endorse any of the mayoral candidates.

The FOP also did not endorse city council candidates for the 4th Ward or 6th Ward.

They endorsed two at large candidates who are Johnathan Weaver (D) and David Christmas (R).

The other candidates endorsed by the FOP include:
Ben Trockman (D) — 1st Ward
Missy Mosby (D) – 2nd Ward
Stephen Melcher (R) – 3rd Ward
Jennifer Yaser (D) – 5th Ward
