Forecast causes cities to change trick-or-treat dates

Many cities in our area are changing their trick-or-treat times with the forecast of 100% of rain on Halloween. 

Here is a list of changes (check back often as this list is likely to change):

Indiana

• Evansville/Vanderburgh Co. – The city and county encourage people to be mindful of trick-or-treaters early on Tuesday.   
• Newburgh – Tuesday, 4 – 8 p.m.
• Chandler – Tuesday, 4-8 p.m.
• Birdseye – Tuesday, 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.
• Holland – Tuesday, 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
• Jasper – Tuesday, 6 p.m. – 8 p.m.
• Spencer Co. – Wednesday, 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. 
• Rockport – Tuesday, 4:30 – 8 p.m.
• City of Lynnville – Tuesday
• Tell City – Tuesday, 5-8 p.m.

Kentucky

• Owensboro/Daviess County – Tuesday.
• Dawson Springs – Tuesday, 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
• Fordsville – Tuesday, with the Fordsville Fire Dept. trunk-or-treat from 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
• Centertown – Tuesday, 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
• Henderson – Tuesday, with downtown trick-or-treating from 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.
• Hanson – Tuesday, with the Hanson Lions Club trunk-or-treat from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. 
• Sturgis – Tuesday, 3 p.m. – 7 p.m. Block Party from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
• Uniontown – Tuesday, Uniontown trunk-or-treat from 3:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Muhlenberg Co. – Tuesday, 3 p.m. – 5 p.m. 
• Madisonville – Tuesday, 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. 
• Providence- Tuesday, 4 p.m. – 7 p.m. Trunk-or-treat at the park from 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
• Clay – Tuesday, 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
• Sebree – Tuesday, 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
