According to a company public relations specialist, Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers is planning to open a restaurant in Owensboro.
The building process is slated to start near the end of March on Frederica Street. Freddy’s says the new restaurant will be across from Towne Square North where the former White Castle sits.
Below is a statement from area Freddy’s franchisee, Eric Cole:
“We are currently scheduled to start construction in Owensboro by the end of March. We plan to open our location on Frederica Street across from Towne Square North in July.”
Freddy’s currently has a location in Evansville.
