PRINCETON, Ind. (WEHT) – There is more to the Gibson County Fair than evening thrill rides and great food.
Before all the pretty lights get turned on and the funnel cakes get fried, there is plenty to do at the fair during the day.
Award winning 4H exhibits, livestock shows and barnyard Olympics are a part of the fair and are open during the day for people to enjoy.
13 year 4H veteran, Colton Hadoey, says some of the 4H displays include gift wrapping, foods, photos, cake decorating and more.
Zayden Mason says he enjoys the livestock competition part of the fair because he gets to show his goats in the hopes of winning a purple ribbon and “a trophy with a goat on it.”
The Gibson County Fair goes through Saturday.
