Greenville Police increasing shifts amid curfew

Local News

GREENVILLE, Ky. (WEHT)- The Greenville Police Department says it has increased each officer’s shifts during the State of Emergency and the county-wide curfew in Muhlenberg County.

The curfew runs from 9 PM to 5 AM and the Police Department says it will be “aggressively patrolling” its business districts and neighbors, adding that officers will be checking front and back doors in Greenville’s business districts to ensure “everything is secure.”

The Police Department is also asking business owners to check their business every day or every other day and report any issues regarding vandalism, burglary, or “any other matter out of the ordinary.”
