EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – Evansville officials will break ground on the city’s new indoor pool December 11th.
The new Deaconess Aquatic Center will be located in Garvin Park across from Bosse Field. Crews began the process last summer of demolishing the old Garvin Park Pool.
Officials expect construction on the facility to last about a year and a half. It will carry an approximate $27 million price tag.
