Henderson passes resolution in support of US Constitution, while slightly different 2nd Amendment resolutions gain attention nearby

Local News

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – The Henderson Fiscal Court passed a resolution Tuesday morning in support of the Kentucky and United States Constitutions and rejecting any violations of them.

This resolution came after a wave of cities passing Second Amendment resolutions saying they do not support any laws to change the 2nd Amendment.

However, Henderson’s resolution took a different route saying it supports all the Constitution.

Several residents stepped up expressing their unhappiness because the resolution did not specifically address the 2nd Amendment.
