HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – Utility bills that were scheduled to be mailed out on Friday, June 14th, could be delayed by two to three business days due to an accounting error.
If you live in the zone in which you usually receive your bill by mail in the middle of the month, be aware there could be a delay while the processing error is corrected.
These bills are usually due on the 27th of the month.
No penalties will be assessed on the bills from this batch.
The error was found after billing information was posted to online accounts June 13th.
Online statements were removed while the error was corrected.
