Holcomb: Indiana COVID-19 cases near 1,800

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WEHT) – Governor Holcomb said on Monday Indiana now has 1,786 confirmed cases of COVID-19 as well as 35 deaths across the state.

Eighty-six percent of the people who have been diagnosed with coronavirus in Indiana were over the age of 60.

Gov. Holcomb continued to ask Hoosiers to practice social distancing and said the state is still requesting additional PPE. Holcomb says the state currently has around 1,900 ventilators.

The state says 11,658 people have been tested.
