Hopkins County Schools votes to join Juul lawsuit

HOPKINS COUNTY, Ky. (WEHT) – The Hopkins County Schools system has voted to join a growing lawsuit against e-cigarette makers.

Tuesday night, the Hopkins County school board approved a resolution to join a lawsuit started by other Kentucky school districts against Juul and others.

Daviess County schools have also voted to join the lawsuit, and Owensboro Public Schools have said they expect to join but have not yet officially voted.
