HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. (WEHT) – The Ferrell’s restaurant family is dealing with another fire.
This time it’s at their Hopkinsville location, which is now closed due to the extent of the damage.
This is on the heels of their Madisonville location reopening after it caught fire last September.
A captain from the Hopkinsville Fire Department says the fire started around 11:30 p.m. on the grill.
Two employees were inside at the time of the fire. One employee used an extinguisher to try to put out the fire, but the flames had spread too far.
The captain says no customers were inside when the fire broke out and it will be a long process to get the restaurant reopened.
