Six people were arrested on warrants in Dubois County, after authorities said a 14-year-old juvenile was being given drugs. Police said that two of the men arrested had sexual relations with the juvenile.

The investigation was launched by the Huntingburg Police Department on July 12.

On July 11, Huntingburg police were dispatched to a location where authorities said the juvenile was possibly under the influence of methamphetamine.

The juvenile was sent to the hospital due to her condition, authorities said.

According to police, Leonel Hernandez had sexual relations with the juvenile in July of 2018. Austin Elliot is also accused of having sexual relations with the juvenile in 2017, according to police.

  • Hernandez is charged with sexual misconduct and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
  • Elliot is charged with child molesting.
  • Cassandra Cole is charged with neglect of a dependent.
  • Trisha Cole is charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
  • Chelsea Mattingly is charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
  • Jessica Adams is charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
