Indiana attorney general won't face criminal charges

A special prosecutor has decided not to prosecute Indiana Attorney General Curtis Hill.

Hill was accused of groping a lawmaker and three legislative staffers at a party celebrating the end of the legislative session back in March.

Hill had denied the allegations and rejected calls to resign after the allegations surfaced.

Hill was elected in 2016 to a four-year term.

Civil lawsuits

The four women who accuse Hill said on Tuesday that they are preparing civil lawsuits.

Governor Holcomb responds

Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb released a statement Tuesday, saying the findings of the special prosecutor's report show a disregard to Gov. Holcomb's sexual harassment zero tolerance policy.
