Indiana DNR Law Enforcement, Perry County Sheriff’s Office rescue dog from frozen pond


PERRY CO., Ind. (WEHT) – Officers from the Indiana Department of Natural Resources Law Enforcement and the Perry County Sheriff’s Office rescued a dog named Joey Tuesday after the dog fell through the ice on his owners’ farm pond, officials said. Conservation Officer Lucas Patterson and Perry County Sheriff’s Deputy Daymion Marsh were able to break enough ice to get Joey safely back to shore.
