(WEHT)- Despite objections from Indiana Senate Democrats, Gov. Eric Holcomb is expected to sign a new spending bill that will direct tax revenue to college campus construction projects.
The Senate voted 38-8 to pass the spending bill. Democrats had hoped to direct more funding to teachers after many teachers marched on the statehouse last November for a pay increase.
