Indiana Landmarks will present award to Tri-State to preserve history

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – Indiana landmarks is presenting an award to the Tri-State in efforts to preserve history.

Friends of the Peters-Margedant House will receive an award in the Youth Serving category.

The group is recognized for recruiting students to save the historic house.

It was built in 1934 and is used by the University of Evansville.
The awards will be presented on September 14th in Indianapolis.
