Indiana Michigan Power Rockport Plant employee tests positive for COVID-19

ROCKPORT, Ind. (WEHT) — An employee at Indiana Michigan Power’s (I&M) Rockport Plant has been diagnosed with COVID-19, according to a statement from the company.

I&M says the employee is quarantined, and the company has contacted and provided specific guidance to those individuals who had close contact with the employee.

The plant has also taken steps in accordance with CDC guidelines including the cleaning and disinfecting of the affected workspaces, vehicles and equipment.
