EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – An Evansville man is accused of driving with a blood alcohol content of .14% while a two-year-old was in the vehicle.
Christopher Fowler, 26, faces charges of neglect of a dependent, driving while intoxicated with a passenger less than 18 years of age, and driving while intoxicated.
Indiana State Police said Fowler was stopped for erratic driving around 1:20 p.m. Tuesday.
Fowler was taken to the Vanderburgh County Jail and the two-year-old was released to her mother.
