ISP, Orange Co. Sheriff’s Office arrest one of Louisville’s most wanted

ORANGE COUNTY, Ind. (WEHT) – One of Louisville’s most wanted criminals is behind bars.

Indiana State Police and the Orange County Sheriff’s Office arrested 50-year-old Stacy Lewis Evans, of Louisville.

On Friday, Indiana State Police troopers and deputies with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office located and arrested Evans at a home north of Paoli.

He was wanted on wanton endangerment, assault – child abuse, assault – domestic violence, terroristic threatening and violation of Kentucky EPO.

Evans was located in Orange County through investigative work by troopers and deputies with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.

Evans was arrested and taken to the Orange County Jail.

This arrest was a joint effort by ISP, Orange County Sheriff’s Office, ISP Telecommunications Operators, and ISP Jasper All Crimes Policing Team.
