Jury selected for Tenbarge murder trial

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – A jury was selected on Friday for the trial of a Tennessee man accused of murdering a woman who had just moved away from Evansville.

The trial for is set to begin on Monday, February 24th.

Police in Clarksville, Tennessee say Quentin Bird stabbed Allison Tenbarge in April of 2017. Tenbarge’s body was found in her apartment. She was eight months pregnant at the time of the incident.

Tenbarge was an Evansville native, and her father was a Vanderburgh County Sheriff’s deputy.
