(WEHT) – Kentucky and Indiana are among the top three states in the nation with the highest rate of vapers.
Kentucky is in second place and Indiana is in third place when it comes to the states with the highest rate of vapers.
In 2018, the Center for Disease Control found that 3.6 million middle school and high school students are reported to have used an e-cigarette.
If insurance companies classify e-cigarette users as tobacco users, vapers could face an increase of 50% in health insurance rates.
By the way, Oklahoma is the state with the highest rate of vapers in the country.
