Kentucky ranks as best state for shared parenting after divorce

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – The National Parents Organization (NPO) issued a new national report card on shared parenting, evaluating which state statutes encourage kids to enjoy equal or nearly equal time with both parents after divorce or separation.

Kentucky received the highest grade, with an ‘A.’

Illinois received a ‘C-‘ and Indiana received a ‘D-.’
