KSP: Greenville man arrested after fatal shooting

MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. (WEHT) – A Greenville man is facing a murder charge after police say he shot and killed his son Sunday night.

Troopers responded to a shooting in the 3000 block of State Route 176.

Trooper Rob Austin with Kentucky State Police tells us 70-year-old George Rudy Cundiff of Greenville was in a domestic altercation with his son, 42-year-old Christopher Seth Cundiff.

Police say George Cundiff shot his son.

Christopher Seth Cundiff was transported to Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital where he died.

George Cundiff was arrested and was was charged with murder.

The investigation is ongoing.
