Lincoln School students decorate cookies to celebrate the holidays

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WEHT) – Some local students had a sweet way to celebrate the holiday season on Thursday.

Students at Lincoln School in Evansville decorated cookies.

Parents and guardians helped by donating candy for kids to use.

Organizers said it’s a way for students to celebrate the end of the year.

This is the 10th straight year Lincoln School has held Cookie Day.
