HENDERSON, Ky (WEHT) – Newly appointed Fire Chief Paul Anslinger helda press conference at 1:30 p.m. on Monday at the Evansville Fire Department’s administrative building.
Last week, Mike Connelly abruptly submitted his resignation as fire chief so he could retire from the Evansville Fire Department. Connelly was with the department for 29 years and served as chief since 2012. Anslinger has been with the EFD for 32 years, and was named assistant chief in 2012.
