Local lawmakers hear issues from the community

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT)- The Henderson Chamber of Commerce held its annual legislative breakfast Monday.

The breakfast allows local lawmakers to hear from the community concerning issues in Henderson.

One of the main issues that were discussed was the future of the I-69 bridge project. Others mentioned were about education, cleaner energy, opioid abuse, and rural broadband.


State representatives Rob Widerstein Suzanne Miles, Robbie Mills and Jim Gooch were in attendance.
