WARRICK COUNTY, Ind. (WEHT) – A local union rallies in solidarity days before its contract with Alcoa expires.

This is live look at the United Steel Workers Local 104 union hall in Newburgh.

As we’ve reported, Alcoa and the union are negotiating a new contract.

Thousands of people work at Alcoa Warrick County.

The deadline for a new contract is May 15th.

Speaking anonymously, an employee told us a worker strike is unlikely, but a work stoppage could happen.
